The event has ended. Thank you  Please join us for an exciting look at Core Advisory Groups (CAGs) Project. Kathleen Madigan, FEMA Region 2 Disability Integration Specialist and Lourdes Cabrera, NPD- Capacity Building & Individual/Community Resilience Specialist will offer an inside look at this critically important effort to involve individuals with disabilities and others with access and functional needs, their caregivers and service providers in all aspects of emergency management planning to foster the whole community approach. The goal of the CAG is to promote inclusive emergency management by encouraging collaboration and partnerships between community disability stakeholders and emergency managers. The new recently developed CAG Toolkit will be shared and explored for the first time! Who should attend? Whole community, individuals with disabilities and other with access and functional needs, caregivers, Local, State and Federal Emergency Managers, Department of Health, and NGO’s. FEMA works to ensure equitable access for all to any services and programs that are provided by the agency.
