Manny Perotin has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, risk and vulnerability assessments, hazard mitigation, benefit-cost analysis (BCA), floodplain management, planning, disaster recovery and project management. He has worked on dozens of natural disasters as a FEMA Technical Assistance Contractor. Manny has served on post-disaster damage, mitigation assessment and HMA grant technical review teams, in addition to serving as an instructor teaching BCA and building science courses throughout the country and contributing author to multiple FEMA publications.

Eric Kenney has nearly 15 years of experience in civil engineering and hazard mitigation. He has lead and supported hazard mitigation work in recovery efforts for a number of major storm events. He currently supports FEMA under the HMTAP contract and for the last four years has managed the contractor support for the review of over 1,500 Pre-Disaster Mitigation and Flood Mitigation Assistance grant applications.
